Access to the property and Venue Friday 1pm through Saturday at 11pm. Rehearsal dinner is included, and the wedding party  can stay overnight in the Grain Bin Apartments. 

Access to property and Venue for day use only for Saturday from 10am until 11pm. Rehearsal dinner is allowed depending on availability for an extra fee of 500. Or you can pay 1500. to reserve .( if Friday night is unavailable we can do Thursday night) Use of both grain bins for Bridal Party for the day.

For  weddings  50 people or less - 6 hours of venue use 

For barn use only ,additional hour add 150. with a maximum of 4 hours. You will need to leave barn as it was before leaving, all trash removed. We can clean up for you for an additional 250.

We have two Grain Bins  that we have turned into apartments that we rent out . They will sleep 5 guest, has a small kitchen, loft, bathroom and a porch. You can check availability on AirBNB
